How about a warning, folks? Something like, "If you hit the Pause button, you cannot continue playing, unless you purchase the Full Version! So, try to get in as much playing as you can before pausing, or turning the game off!"

...yeah, that would have sufficed.

Pro:
Having outlines which represent when elements are ready for use is a great addition, adding to the playability of the genre.
